What happens if I cancel Pro?
You return to the free plan at the end of your billing period. Your history stays in your account, and you can export the full record at any time.
Do client seats cost extra?
Five are included with a coach plan. Additional seats are added in blocks — we will quote them alongside your practice size.
Can an organisation see individual scores?
No. Organisation views are aggregated to team level by design, and no configuration exposes an individual record.
Is there a free trial?
The individual free plan is not a trial — it is free with no time limit. The coach plan is paid from the first day, monthly or yearly, and you can cancel at any time; your own capacity is free to use before and after. Organisation pilots are scoped in a conversation first, because the privacy review matters more than a trial.
